Bought the phone last year LG touch screen pink, for breast cancer awareness. Had problems activating my phone called multiple times, explained I was not receiving a signal in my area. The told me to enter all these codes, wait 5 minutes turn phone off the on to reset. After several times I explained again I have no signal here, do I need to drive to a location where I can receive a signal to repeat the steps?? No, No off and on, after a year later ! have 1100 minutes that I have paid for still can't use the phone at my house only good if I am away. Talked to over 5 live people ,changed it automated at least 30 times. (Realize now I get no signal at my house so have to drive somewhere I can each time, yea that's right) )Does no one understand the prefix is not my area. My husband has the same phone, but his is black and his prefix works I know 2 that work for this area but nobody listens. My minutes will run out the End of Feb. WOW Really all those minutes used mostly on phone calls to customer service. Bring our work back here and not to people who don't understand what you are talking about take our money ,waste our time ,cause the do no live in the states!!
